This INCREDIBLE crinkled deadstock fabric. It is a larger popcorn fabric that is silky, soft, and has a lovely stretch to it. It drapes gorgeously for a swingy, lovely weight through the body and skirt. The high slits at the side add a little pop of leg, and the overall wearability of this garment make it an all-season, layerable piece.
